As a beginner, you’ll learn the fundamental techniques of Thai boxing: powerful punches, precise kicks, knee and elbow strikes, and solid defensive skills. Step by step, we’ll show you how to combine these techniques safely and effectively.
Advanced students expand their skill set with more complex combinations, tactical movement, and reactive drills that sharpen timing, speed, and overall performance.
Our focus is not on brutality. It’s all about technique, control, and having fun while training!
For your first trial session, you don’t need to bring any equipment: we’re happy to provide gloves and other basic gear for you to borrow.
If you decide to train regularly, we recommend bringing your own equipment (gloves, shin guards, hand wraps, etc.) for hygiene, comfort, and safety.
Not sure what to buy or where to find quality gear? We can advise you and help you find the equipment that suits you best.
